目标：按北京时间正确筛选日期；日期问题验收后，再添加 --status open|done|all，默认保持 all。
约束：不添加第三方依赖，不修改原始 tasks.json；保留现有 JSON 输出结构；只改这份练习副本。

先给我：
1. 你理解的错误原因和相关文件；
2. 分两步实施的计划与影响范围；
3. 你准备如何核对验收条件，以及需要我确认的环境或命令。

我确认计划后再修改。结束时列出改动、实际执行的命令与结果、尚未核对的项目；不要把预期输出写成已经通过。

Read TASK.md, ACCEPTANCE.md and the files in starter first. Analyze only; do not edit yet.

Goal: filter dates correctly in Beijing time. After the date fix is accepted, add --status open|done|all while keeping all as the default.
Constraints: no third-party dependencies; do not change the original tasks.json; preserve the JSON output structure; edit only this exercise copy.

First provide:
1. Your explanation of the bug and the relevant files.
2. A two-step plan and the scope of changes.
3. How you will check acceptance criteria and which environment details or commands need my confirmation.

Wait for my confirmation of the plan before editing. At the end, list changes, commands actually run and their results, and checks not performed. Never report expected output as a completed check.

## 迁移到真实项目 / Adapting to a real project

将 starter 替换为自己的练习副本目录，写明真正需要的行为和命令。不能仅靠提示词控制所有权限；在工具本身核对访问、编辑和执行权限。

Replace starter with your actual work-copy location and specify the real behavior and commands. A prompt alone is not a complete permission control; inspect access, editing and execution permissions in the tool itself.
